The Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) offers a variety of services to help seniors to remain healthy in their home and community. Come and meet with a CCAC Case Manager to have your questions about community support services or long term care answered. Information Clinics are held every second Wednesday beginning Sept. 10. They are held at Etobicoke Services for Seniors, 1447 Royal York Rd. from 10 am to 1 pm. In addition to addressing your questions in English, CCAC Case Managers speaking Italian, Spanish, and Ukrainian will be present on specific days.
