Description:
Princess Margaret Hospital knows that sometimes people don’t express all their needs to their doctor. Sometimes the focus on their health is so great that they forget to mention they can't afford their medication, can't get to the hospital, or are crying every day.
That’s why PMH is preparing to use a computer program to ask people questions about ALL aspects of their lives, not just their cancer, so we can more effectively treat the whole person.
The Healing Beyond the Body need volunteers who are as comfortable assisting someone to use a computer program as they are in talking to people about the challenges involved in being treated for cancer.
We’re looking for individuals who can commit 3 – 4 hours a week consistently, for a minimum period of one year during daytime clinics.
